How to secure a booking

The secretary will contact the membership six weeks before the event, or members are welcome to email or call the club secretary to make a booking:

When booking, names and dietary requirements will be requested. A booking should not be made with the Bat & Ball Inn; it will not be accepted.

Prepayment required when booking

The full cost of the meal will be required by members, and their guest, prior to the event via bank transfer (or by cheque) when making a booking. A final confirmation of the booking will be sent upon receipt of payment. Go here for details of payment methods.

Booking with guests (one guest per member)

Due to limited seating capacity in the dining room, guest bookings will be confirmed four weeks prior to the luncheon date.

Cancellation Policy

The Bat & Ball management will charge members, or guests, the full cost of the lunch if

• cancellations are made less than 36 hours before the luncheon date, or
• no-show on the day.

All cancellations should be notified directly to the secretary outside the timeframe above. If applicable, full refunds will be made by the secretary in accordance with the cancellation policy, on the day following the luncheon date.
